R540 road pedals have a wide platform for foot-pedal stability, adjustable cleat tensioner and ultra-smooth axle.

Shimano R540 SPD-SL road pedals come with a set of SH-11 cleats (standard Shimano SPD road cleats) that will fit most road shoes.
