The Kings Peak mountain bike is a great all-around bike for offroad trails, bike paths, and anything else you throw at it. It starts with a Fezzari Racing Design premium aluminum frame with Axis Geometry (see below). It’s light and extremely durable. It has the following features:
Just ride a Fezzari Hardtail frame, and you'll notice the difference.
Add to that great components, a 24-speed Shimano Deore drivetrain for smooth shifting on all terrains; a RockShox Dart 2 4-inch travel fork with Rebound, Preload, and Lockout, for any type of terrain that you ride; Shimano M-495 Disc brakes that help you stop much better and are much lower maintenaince; Maxxis Larsen TT all-terrain tires (for both road and trails); Alex double-wall rims for extra durability; and a comfortable WTB Speed V Comp saddle, among other great components.
Who will enjoy this bike? From casual riders who just want an extremely comfortable all-around bike to more aggressive riders who want the durability and performance of a Fezzari.
Truvativ Isoflow Crankset - Extremely durable and performs very well. The crank arm attaches to a PowerSpline bottom bracket (shaped like a gear mechanism) which is more durable than the square-tapered type.
Shimano M495 Disc Brakes - Get great braking with disc brakes. These are low maintenance, both pads are easily adjustable, and pads can easily be replaced. There is a world of difference between traditional rim brakes and disc brakes. In addition to lower maintenance, they stop better in all types of conditions (rain, dusty roads, on steep hills).
Shimano EF50 Shifters - Durable and precise trigger shifters. You use your index finger and thumb to shift. It includes a gear display to show what gear you're in.
Shimano Deore Rear Derailleur - Well-known for its durability and smooth shifting, the Shimano Deore rear derailleur has a wide pivot link design that boosts strength and rigidity. Flex is suppressed, creating sharp, precise shifts that are faster and smoother, even from low to high gears off of the saddle.
RockShox Dart 2 Fork with Turnkey Lockout - Great for your favorite trails. It features: 100mm of travel; Preload Adjust to set the shock tension; Rebound Adjust to regulate how quickly it bounces back after it has been compressed; Lockout to disengage the shock; 28mm Upper Tubes general purpose riding. It's smooth and extremely durable.

I bought a Kings Peak at the first of the summer. I have ridden it an average of 3 times a week. I love it. Value for the money, this bike is the best. I took it to get tuned at my local shop and they were very impressed with it.

Best Components for the money

I love the Kings Peak XC. I own 5 bikes from top of the line carbon fiber road bike, 2 full suspension Trek bikes, 1 Felt Hotshot, and a GT freestyle bike. I purchased to Kings Peak XC to train for local xc [cross country] races. I was very impressed with the quality of the bike. The geometry is perfect. For the money, this bike has the best components amongst any other competitors. The frame is very well built and solid. When I go jumping, I don't use my DJ [dirt jump] bike anymore. I take my Kings Peak. I would love to see your company grow with success. ... [I]t's just matter of time. I'm strongly thinking about trying the xc races with the Kings Peak instead of purchasing a carbon fiber xc. If I win my division, I'll let you guys know.
