How does your Fezzari arrive to you?

Packaging

After the 23-Point Custom Setup, your Fezzari is carefully packaged in a recycled (yes, cycling and recycling consume us) 5-ply box with plenty of padding in the right places to protect from potential damage during shipping. We specially designed this box with FedEx to make sure your Fezzari arrives safely.

It is packaged almost completely assembled. When it arrives to you, all you will have to do is:

  1. Put the front wheel back on (it's simple with the quick release lever);
  2. Lift the handlebars back up and bolt them on (all the brakes and shifters are already in place)
  3. Slide the seat in place
  4. Put on the pedals
  5. You'll be ready to go in about 10 minutes.

Shipping

Your Fezzari is then shipped to you via expedited FedEx Ground shipping. Most places west of the Mississippi are 2-3 days. East coast shipments are generally 3-5 days. (Shipping charges vary.)
