Get the perfect bike perfectly fit for you. As a manufacturer, we have the ability to customize the bike specifically to your fit. Far beyond choosing the proper frame size, we custom fit each component, from stem length and angle to brake reach and feel. Every single bike is fully built and tuned to your specifications, and test-ridden by a Fezzari technician. If we're shipping the bike to you, we remove the front wheel, handlebars, seat, and pedals. It takes just a couple of minutes to put back together with the provided tools and it's ready to ride!
Test Ride
A Fezzari Technician personally rides every single bike and tests it to make sure it rides perfectly to the rider's specifications before it ships
Seat Positioning
Based on your torso and inseam, we preset the saddle fore/aft positioning
Seat Post Offset
Based on your torso and inseam, we install the optimal offset seat post
Seat Post Length
Based on your inseam, we install the proper length seat post
Pre-Install Accessories
When you buy any accessories, we pre-install and set them up for you where possible.
Tires
We inflate to proper tire pressure and add sealant if requested (note: you will want to check tire pressure again when you receive it)
Tune Rear Brakes
We adjust and tune the rear brakes so they brake properly and are ready to ride.
Tune Rear Derailleur
We adjust, pre-stretch the cables and tune the rear derailleur so it shifts properly out of the box.
Tune Front Derailleur
We adjust, pre-stretch the cables and tune the front derailleur so it shifts properly out of the box.
Rear Shock Setup
Based on your size and riding style, we install and tune the optimal shock setup (this includes predampening and rebound setup for rider weight and riding style; this may require either coil switch-out or air adjust).
Crank Arm Length
Based on your size and inseam, we install the proper length crank arm.
Frame Size
We determine proper frame size (most other companies stop "customizing" at getting the proper frame size).
Handlebar Width
Based on your shoulder width and riding style we install the proper width handlebars
Shifter Position
Adjust shifter positioning for rider size (up/down and in/out)
Stem Length
Based on your torso length and riding style, we install the proper length stem
Handlebar Height & Angle
Based on your size, torso, and riding style, we install the specific size handlebar with the proper degree rise, sweep, and angle for your riding style
Brake Reach
Based on your age, size, and gender where possible we preset the brake lever reach to optimally fit your hand
Stem Angle
Based on your torso length and riding style, we install the proper angle stem
Steerer Tube Length
Based on your Torso and Riding Style, we cut the steerer tube to the appropriate length.
Brake Lever Position
Adjust brake lever positioning for rider size (up/down and in/out)
Tune Front Brakes
We adjust and tune the front brakes so they brake properly and are ready to ride.
Wheel Check
We check the wheel true, rim surface, and spoke tension to make sure the wheels are ready to ride.
Fork Setup
Based on your size and riding style we install and tune the optimal fork (this includes predampening and rebound setup for rider weight and riding style; this may require either coil switch-out or air adjust)
Test Ride
A Fezzari Technician personally rides every single bike and tests it to make sure it rides perfectly to the rider's specifications before it ships

What's included in the free 23-Point Custom Setup?
The Fezzari 23-point Custom Setup is unique. When you give us specific measurements (including height, weight, inseam, torso, arm length) and a few other details about you (including age and riding style), our factory technicians will customize the bike setup specifically for you. You won't get this kind of customization and attention to detail anywhere else.

Want custom components? We do that all the time. Upgraded wheelsets, different cranks, pedals, clip-on aero bars, different tires, larger brake rotors - let us know what components you want and we'll let you know if there is a price difference. Please contact us and we'll get a quote for you.
Women Specific Bikes?
What about Women's Specific Bikes? We go way beyond a generic woman's fit to a person-specific fit. Each person has a different size hand, inseam, torso, etc., than someone else. We will fit the bike to you, not to a generic hypothetical woman.
Many manufacturers offer women's specific bikes, but they make assumptions of the average size of women riders and estimate what they think all women would like and then make one bike for women in general.
We at Fezzari believe every bike should fit you specifically. That's why we offer Person-Specific Sizing. Yes, we know the general assumptions that women like shorter reaches to the handlebars, or softer rides, for example. But instead of generalizing, we get specific sizing data from YOU (not women in general) and then build the bike to fit you.
So, yes, we offer bikes designed for women. But we go beyond that -- we design bikes specifically for you, whoever you are.
