Warranty Limitations

At Ari Bikes, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our bikes and stand behind our frames with a Lifetime Warranty for any manufacturing defects. Here are the details of our warranty limitations:

- Duration: Paint finish, original components, Ari brand repair parts, replacement parts, and accessories are covered by a one-year warranty from the original date of purchase.

- Wearable Parts: Bearings, bushings, and other frame hardware are considered wearable parts and are warrantied for one year.

- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, claimed defects, or malfunctions resulting from abuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper maintenance, alteration, collision, crash, or misuse.

- Weight Recommendations: For optimal performance, we recommend that rider weight does not exceed 280 lbs for suspension bikes and 300 lbs for non-suspension bikes. Exceeding these weight limits may void the warranty on the frame and/or components.

- Carbon Frames: Carbon mountain frames purchased prior to August 28, 2017, are covered by a five-year warranty.

- Owner Responsibility: The owner is responsible for all labor charges associated with warranty claims.

- Shipping and Fees: Shipping, expedited shipping, duties, and taxes related to warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.

Our warranty is designed to give you confidence in your Ari bike, ensuring that it performs at its best. If you have any questions or need assistance with a warranty claim, please reach out to our support team.
