Shipping Policy

At Ari Bikes, we strive to provide you with the best estimated lead times for your order. Please note that these lead times are our current best estimates and are not guaranteed. The Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) mentioned for specific builds, such as 1-2 weeks, reflects the typical time it takes for a particular model to become available and be assembled. It does not include shipping time.

For orders within the contiguous United States, most Ari bikes enjoy a subsidized shipping fee of only $99. However, some bikes, like ebikes and fat bikes, may incur a higher shipping cost (starting at $150) due to their weight or size. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available at an additional cost, quoted per bike.

Our bikes are shipped pre-tuned, test-ridden, and 95% assembled. Customers are responsible for the final assembly, which can be conveniently done at home. Ari provides detailed assembly instructions and videos online, and our dedicated technicians and support team are ready to assist you via phone call or email.

We stand behind the quality of our bikes with our "Love it or Return it Guarantee." If you are not completely satisfied with your bike, you have the flexibility to return it within 30 days of receiving it. Excludes damaged bikes, electronics, and pedals. Customer is responsible for original and return shipping. Outlet bikes are final sale. Must call an Ari Team Member prior to get an RA number and instructions on how to return a bike. 

For international orders, shipping costs and delivery times may vary. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes associated with their order.

Please note that customers are required to pay their local sales tax wherever the product is delivered, whether shipped or picked up at Ari HQ.
