Design Process
When developing a new bicycle, we follow a comprehensive design process that starts with research and development to understand market needs, trends, and technological advancements. Conceptualization follows, where ideas are brainstormed and initial designs are sketched. In the design and engineering phase, detailed plans are created using CAD software, focusing on geometry, materials, and component integration. Prototyping allows for the creation of physical models to test performance, durability, and safety. Feedback from these tests leads to refinements and iterations.
Once a final design is validated through engineering verification tests and meets all specifications, Ari prepares for production by setting up manufacturing processes and quality control measures.
